One hiring pipeline for Alpha School, Founders School and TSA.
The machine screens. People decide.
From the careers page to the first day, a candidate never leaves their school. Applications are checked, scored with quotes and graded blind on their own; the hiring team sees who waits on them and decides in one key. Our verification partner runs the final checks behind an API, from the candidate’s own page.
Hiring HQ is for staff: sign in with the demo login you were given. Every person, score and message here is invented, and nothing is ever sent.
Try it in five minutes
Both sides of one hire, in the order it happens.
- 1Apply as a candidate
Open a careers page and apply for Lead Founder Guide. The gate and the scorecard run the moment you submit.
- 2Open Hiring HQ
You are already on the shortlist, ranked by fit, with the strongest line from your own answers quoted.
- 3Decide in one key
Press A: the work sample goes out at once, signed by the hiring manager. U takes it back. P asks for a reason and drafts the decline.
- 4Be the candidate again
In the outbox, open the sign-in link: your page says where you stand, what comes next and who to ask.
- 5Verify without leaving
Noor is in verification: start the reasoning test from her page, score 31, and the page says she has one more try.
- 6Read the whole offer
Approve an offer in HQ; the candidate reads every term, from pay to severance, before the accept button.

- A person answersEvery message is signed by a named person, and a question goes to a person's inbox, never a bot.
- Recruiters in one viewEvery candidate carries a source; the shortlist and every funnel filter by it.
- Agent-firstEvery action the screens take, the hp command line, the agent API and the MCP server take too.
