Alpha School, Founders School and TSA
Privacy notice
Last updated October 22, 2026. Applies to the careers pages of Alpha School, Founders School and TSA.
This notice covers what you send when you apply for a role, and nothing else. It is a working draft to confirm with legal before these pages take real applications.
What we collect
- Your name, email, and, if you give them, your phone number and city.
- Your answers to the role’s questions, the links you share, and your work sample.
- What happens to your application: each step, each decision and who made it, and every message we send you.
What we use it for
Only to consider you for the role you applied to, and to tell you where things stand. We do not send marketing email and we do not sell or share your details with advertisers.
Who sees it
The hiring team for the role. An AI model helps score answers and grade work samples against the role’s rubric; it sees an anonymous id, never your name, email or phone, and a person makes every decision past the basic eligibility questions.
If you reach the final verification steps, our verification partner, Crossover, receives your name, email and phone to run the reasoning tests, the identity check and the background check. Those results stay with them; we keep only the outcome and the scores.
How long we keep it
For the length of the hiring process and a limited time after, to be set before launch. Ask us to see or delete your data at any time.
