Alpha School, Founders School and TSA
Accessibility statement
Last updated October 22, 2026. Applies to the careers pages of Alpha School, Founders School and TSA.
We want everyone to be able to apply. This is what we have checked on the careers pages, the apply form and the candidate’s own page, and what we have not.
What we tested
- Keyboard: an automated browser test fills in and sends an application using the keyboard only, and every field and button is reachable with Tab in order, with a visible focus ring.
- Labels: every field has a real label; errors are written next to the field and announced in a summary when you send the form.
- Structure: one main heading per page and headings in order.
- Contrast: body text and buttons were checked against WCAG AA (4.5:1 for text). Each school’s button colour carries white text above 5:1.
- Layout: every page was checked at 1280 and 375 pixels wide, with no sideways scrolling.
- No time limits on the form, no captchas, no autoplaying media.
What we have not tested yet
- A full pass with a screen reader (VoiceOver, NVDA). We have not done one, so there may be gaps.
- Zoom to 200% and 400% on every page.
- The pages of our verification partner and its providers, which we do not control.
Tell us
If something gets in your way, write to the careers address on the page you were using. A person answers, and we can take your application another way.
